It's very unwise to post your phone number on a public forum as you are likely to get some dodgy ''agents'' calling you and scamming you. I suggest you remove it immediately and do not trust anybody who calls you. This is a forum for travellers to help other travellers.
This is not a travel agency. You can google agents in Dubai and contact them directly but please search for reviews on them or ask on the forum before handing over any money.
Alternatively, if you want to put in a little effort you can book everything yourself and save money. There are thousands of reviews on this site to help you choose a hotel. Look for hotels in Deira and Bur Dubai areas as these are low budget areas with a high Indian population. I doubt if you will find a Jain Dharamshala but you will find suitable food in those areas. Surprised to read there are a great number of Jains in Dubai and a temple near Al Fahidi metro station.
Interesting info about the 'home temple' for Jain people. Will try and physically check it out. With virtually half of UAE being Indians, no surprise if any community being in thousands. Not sure if there is any 'Dharmshala' this means a 'charity' run accommodation , Dubai would hardly be the place for such a facility. However there could be some good samaritans in the said community who may help. Nearly everything hotel, cars , buses, metro that is closed is air-conditioned in Dubai.
So no need to ask separately. There are more than vegetarian they serve only vegetarian food restaurants in Dubai and most of them can serve some items Jain style without onion, garlic, potato or anything that you ask to exclude.
